Directions

PILLOWS

Cut two squares of fabric, roughly 7 inches tall x 7 inches wide.

Lay the two squares of fabric face to face (with the printed pattern side touching).

Using thread that’s the same color as your fabric, sew the two squares together about ½ inch in from the edge of the fabric. (I did this by hand, but you could do this with a sewing machine if you’d prefer).

Be sure to leave about a 1 ½ inch gap in your sewing (this is so you can flip your fabric right-side-out.)

It should look like this once it’s been flipped right-side-out.

Now you can fill your pillow with stuffing.

I let my daughter help with this part and she loved it. And really, her smaller hands made it that much easier to push the stuffing inside!

When your pillow is filled, hand-sew the gap closed.
