Mark your measurement with a disappearing ink pen.

Use scissors to make a small cut in the fabric.

Tear the full length of the fabric to make a binding strip.

Repeat to create as many binding strips as needed.

Your binding strip should measure 1.5 inches wide by roughly 40 inches long.

Iron binding strip to remove any creases.

Align binding strip with edge of quiet book page.

Fold over top edge of binding strip.

Machine sew a straight stitch 3/8 inches from edge of page.

Stop 3/8 inches from bottom of page (use 45 degree angle corner guide if possible)
